The behaviour support for schools virtual programme is available to purchase immediately (registration and payment is required) at a cost of £30 per staff member.
The session is carried out via video learning and quiz to ascertain knowledge and is completed via our online learning platform.
Accredited certification is issued immediately on completion.
The session covers the following areas...
1. What is behaviour
2. De-escalation and dealing with difficult situations.
3. Recording incidents
5. Planning for incidents.
6. Sharing recordings and support plans
7. Legal and DfE guidance on the use of force inside schools.
The session is an all round approach to dealing with behaviour concerns inside schools from low-level every day behaviour to the most serious of incidents.
The programme takes an average of 3 hours to complete over a maximum period of 7 days, allowing flexible learning options for your school.
The session is compiled of 7 vides and 7 quizzes with a total of over 2 hours of video learning and 65 quiz questions.
This session is devised specifically to run alongside DfE guidance in using de-escalation strategies and other methods to support behaviour in schools without the use of physical intervention.
