ABOUT P&I TRAINING
COURSES OFFERED
P&I Training was created in 2016 by owner and director, Alan Robson. The aim was to deliver quality, practical staff training at a cost that allows it to be accessible to schools and organisations that may have previously struggled to afford the type of specialist training that we offer. Our training is aimed directly at staff who work with children and young people who may sometimes present as being aggressive, difficult and challenging.
P&I trainers have extensive knowledge of working in schools, youth and community settings as well as children's social care.
We have a number of standard sessions that are available for immediate purchase and we also create bespoke sessions for schools that have varying needs.
All requests will be considered and no request is too small for us.
A brief outline of the sessions that we offer are as follows:
Physical intervention training
Our physical intervention training can be carried out in a number of ways. Each option is designed to support your school in a way that suits your price range and time scale.
Option 1.
Accredited in house session.
Cost - £1600 for up to 26 staff members.
For this option we come to you and carry out the training in 1 continual session.
This option includes free access to our members section.

Option 2.
Accredited mixed video.
Cost - £1400 - This option is a mixture of video learning and in-house training.
This option includes free access to our members section.

Option 3.
Accredited virtual/video.
Cost - £1600. This option has everything from option 2 and also includes 2 x 1 hour face to face virtual sessions.
